Pricing & Partner Status
When do wholesale prices become visible?
Prices are displayed only after your account has been approved and your B2B partner status activated.
Can I request a quote before partner approval?
Yes. The wholesale order form automatically works in quote-request mode for all visitors who are not yet approved partners.
Who can apply to become a partner?
Resellers and businesses with a valid tax number. We do not serve private individuals or retail customers.
How long does application approval take?
Applications are reviewed manually, usually within one business day. We notify you of approval by email.
What happens if my application is not approved?

Ordering
In what units can products be ordered?
Products can be ordered in the carton quantities shown on the product page and in the quick order form. The order unit is displayed alongside the SKU and barcode.
Can cartons be split?
No. Products can only be ordered in full cartons — this keeps pricing clear and fulfilment fast.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no mandatory minimum order value. Orders over 100,000 HUF qualify for free shipping within Hungary.
How do I know what is in stock?
Availability is updated live from the catalogue on the product page and in the quick order form. If a product is temporarily unavailable, ask our sales team about the expected arrival date.
Shipping & Pickup
What is the delivery time?
Orders from warehouse stock are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted individually for each order based on order size and delivery address — the exact cost is shown in your quote. Domestic shipping is free for orders over 100,000 HUF.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. You can collect your goods at our Budapest warehouse (1107 Budapest, Szállás utca 19.) at a pre-arranged time. Please call ahead to schedule: +36 30 088 0886.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please request an individual quote from our sales team for international shipping terms and costs.
Payment & Invoicing
What payment methods are available?
Cash payment on pickup, or bank transfer with typically a one-week payment term. For orders over 500,000 HUF, a deposit is required.
Can I purchase VAT-free with an EU VAT number?
Yes. With a valid EU Community VAT number and cross-border delivery, we issue the invoice without VAT under the intra-Community supply rules.
What kind of invoice will I receive?
Every order is invoiced with a company VAT invoice using the billing details provided at registration. You can update your billing details in your account.
Claims & Returns
What happens if I receive damaged or missing goods?
Report your claim within 7 days of receipt to info@homenagyker.com, including photos and the delivery note. Justified claims are settled with a replacement or credit note.
Can I return products?
Returns are handled through the claims process: submit your request within 7 days with photos and the delivery note, and our sales team will arrange the next steps.
Product Data & Cooperation
Can I get a product list or price list for my own system?
The full product range is available on the website, and the wholesale order form can be used for quote requests. On request, approved partners also receive a detailed CSV/Excel product list with SKUs, barcodes and carton quantities.
How often does new stock arrive?
New stock arrives at our warehouse every month. You can find the latest arrivals in the New Products category and in our newsletter.
